Join WellHealth and Addie Roberts, MS RDN LD ¬†as she demonstrates how to make a simple, no cooking required veggie “salad” dish with bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, olive oil, vinegar, and spices! It’s a great way to incorporate seasonal vegetables and a tasty way to consume them.
